Job summary

Westfield Insurance is seeking a National Partner Manager to lead executive relationships with our premier national distribution partners, including agency networks, aggregators, and institutional partners. You will drive profitable growth by aligning partner objectives with Westfield's business priorities, shaping strategies, governance, and performance across the partner lifecycle.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution Management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
Valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and strengthen executive-level relationships with a portfolio of national distribution partners.
Develop and execute partner growth strategies aligning objectives with profitable growth.
Serve as the strategic owner of partnerships, providing leadership across engagement, governance, and lifecycle management.
Identify opportunities to expand business, increase market presence, and strengthen long-term partner value.
Lead strategic business planning and performance reviews using data and market insights.
