Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a seasoned oncology sales leader to join its strategic accounts team in the US. You will develop and execute comprehensive account plans, navigate formulary and access processes, and collaborate across Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

The role requires deep oncology market knowledge, executive stakeholder engagement, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of direct healthcare sales experience with oncology focus.
• Experience managing IDNs or organized customer accounts and buy-and-bill products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for oncology accounts and related networks.
• Navigate formulary reviews and pharmacy/therapeutics processes to support product access.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Operations to achieve objectives.
