Job summary

Genetix Biotherapeutics is seeking a National Account Executive to drive payer engagement, access strategies, and reimbursement for our gene therapy portfolio. You will coordinate with QTCs, MVL, and Market Access Advocacy and Policy to ensure timely coverage across payer segments and build strong relationships with commercial and government payers.

The role requires field-based activity with 50% travel, collaboration across teams, and commitment to compliant market access strategies.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in biotech/pharma field preferred.
• Understanding of US payer landscape for gene therapies and complex therapies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer engagement and access initiatives to secure timely reimbursement.
• Negotiate value-based agreements and contracts with payers and treatment centers.
• Collaborate with QTCs, MVL, and other Genetix stakeholders to streamline access pathways and PA submissions.
• Educate and align QTCs on coverage criteria and PA processes while mitigating delays.
