Genetix Biotherapeutics is seeking a mission-driven National Account Executive to drive payer engagement and access strategies for our gene therapy portfolio across the Western United States. This field-based role covers the Western U.S.

region, with approximately 50% travel and residence within California encouraged. You will partner with treatment centers, payers, and Genetix stakeholders to implement value-based agreements, navigate PA processes, and expand timely patient access to our

Qualifications

• 10 years of biotech/pharma market access experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Deep knowledge of US payer landscape in gene therapies.
• Established relationships with Pharmacy Directors and Medical Directors.

Responsibilities

• Meet access goals and ensure FDA-approved coverage pathways.
• Collaborate with QTCs, Marketing, Patient Support, MVL and Genetix stakeholders to identify access barriers.
• Negotiate and implement Value Based Agreements at the payer level.
• Serve as the regional contact for market access issues and educate QTCs on PA requirements.
• Develop payer relationships and coordinate cross-functional support across the patient journey.
• Travel up to 50% within the Western U.S.
