Genetix Biotherapeutics is seeking a mission-driven National Account Executive to lead payer engagement and access strategies for our gene therapy portfolio in the Northeast U.S. This field-based role requires about 50% travel and close collaboration with treatment centers to streamline reimbursement and patient access.

You'll implement strategic payer initiatives, negotiate value-based agreements, and partner with MAAP colleagues to ensure rapid, sustainable access to our FDA-approved therapies

Qualificações

• 10 years of biotech/pharma market access experience.
• Strong relationships with payers and health systems.
• Deep knowledge of US payer landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Meet access goals and ensure medical coverage pathways are consistent with FDA approved prescribing information.
• Collaborate with QTCs, Marketing, Patient Support Team and Medical Value Liaisons to identify access barriers and ensure patient access.
• Implement strategies and tactics to support individual patient access and reimbursement across payer segments.
• Serve as the regional point-of-contact for Genetix’s QTC network for market access issues and educate on PA processes and requirements.
• Develop relationships with Genetix’s QTCs focusing on patient pull-through and contracting, CFO and revenue cycle, and hospital teams.
