Job summary

Tricon Homes is seeking a National Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through the leasing journey and collaborate with Elise AI and national sales teams across multiple regions. The role emphasizes personalized client care, re-engagement of stalled leads, and high standards in service delivery.

You will support conversion targets, work with AI-assisted tools, and coordinate with Applications Teams to keep leasing progress on track.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, leasing, property management, or related role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed conversion targets.
• Experience with CRM systems or leasing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to prospects at any stage of the leasing funnel—from home selection to tour scheduling and application submission.
• Re-engage stalled or disengaged prospects to recover leads and push for submitted applications.
• Identify homes that fit clients' needs and financial qualifications across Tricon markets; drive conversions toward move-ins.
