Job summary

Tricon Homes in the United States (California) is seeking a National Retention Specialist to prepare lease renewal packages, educate residents on renewal options, and coordinate inspections to support successful lease renewals.

The role follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days in Tustin and some days at home, reporting to the Team Lead to help reduce turnover through proactive, client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Proactive and persistent in addressing issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Able to use office software and basic accounting/math.
• Knowledge of Yardi is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute lease renewal packages.
• Educate residents about renewal options and incentives.
• Coordinate property inspections and verify insurer requirements.
• Monitor renewals to reduce turnover and improve retention.
• Communicate upcoming expirations and negotiate terms with supervisor approval.
• Promote additional services during renewal and ensure policy compliance.
