• Ability to work proactively and persistently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of property management software preferred.
• Awareness of Yardi is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process renewal packages and educate residents on renewal options.
• Coordinate property inspections and verify insurance requirements.
• Review lease expirations and renewal terms with supervision approval.
• Manage Notice to Vacate process and track renewal progress.
• Provide market analyses and local comps when needed.
