Tricon Homes is seeking a National Leasing Consultant to guide prospects through the leasing journey and coordinate with Elise AI for seamless handoffs. You will re-engage stalled leads, help buyers find suitable homes, and contribute to national occupancy goals across markets.

The role requires strong communication, CRM/Leasing platform experience, and the ability to manage a high volume of interactions with a client-focused approach. Hybrid or on-site work in Irving may apply.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in sales, leasing, property management, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience with CRM systems or leasing platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized guidance to prospects through the leasing funnel.
• Re-engage stalled prospects and recover leads for submission.
• Help clients identify homes that fit needs and budget across markets.
• Drive conversion to hit leasing and move-in targets.
• Collaborate with Elise AI to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain a clear task queue and timely follow-ups.
