Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in learning and development, instructional design or a related field.
• Experience consulting with business partners, creating learning across multiple modalities and supporting program rollouts.
• Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Strong instructional-design, facilitation, communication and program-management skills.
• Retail, grocery or large-enterprise experience; familiarity with learning platforms and authoring tools; and experience measuring learning impact are preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments to successfully deliver results.
• Experience working with technology and engineering partners or organizations preferred.
• Experience in a large, multi-location organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business, HR, national and division partners to identify performance gaps, define learning objectives and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design and develop learner-centered instructor-led, virtual, eLearning and blended experiences, as well as job aids and other performance-support resources.
• Facilitate learning sessions virtually or in person when needed.
• Manage assigned learning projects, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment and launch readiness.
• Partner with field and division teams on communications and rollout plans that support adoption.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, instructional designers, technology partners and vendors as appropriate.
• Evaluate learner feedback, participation and available performance data; refine solutions based on findings.
• Apply enterprise learning standards, instructional design, and adult-learning principles while adapting solutions to operational needs.
• Identify and apply accurate and appropriate audience rulesets based on stakeholder knowledge, collaboration, and engagement.
