Job summary

BMO seeks a dynamic Head of Commercial Card Sales to lead the U.S. TPS Commercial Card Sales organization. This executive will drive revenue growth, talent development, and market expansion, partnering with Treasury, Product, and Risk to align strategy with enterprise goals.

The role requires deep payments expertise, client-centric leadership, and a track record of managing complex relationships. A strong focus on championship of BMO's TPS strategy and cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading national or regional sales teams within a large financial institution.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Deep expertise in Commercial Card solutions and related payments.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and strategic sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national Commercial Card sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth goals.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team with clear metrics and accountability.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Product, Risk, and Banking teams to identify opportunities.
• Engage with clients at executive levels and drive strategic opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and drive product enhancements based on feedback.
