Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking a Lead Recruiter to guide a nationwide network of recruiters, balancing hands-on sourcing with team leadership. You will carry your own workload while coaching 7-9 recruiters, setting strategy, and ensuring pipelines stay healthy across the US.

You will partner with the Recruiting Manager and sourcing team to translate market trends into outreach plans, measure KPIs, and optimize messaging for high-volume, gig/contract workforces.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting in a high-volume, metric-driven environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
• Experience building sourcing strategies for high-volume or gig workforces.
• Legal recruiting or legal industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience creating pipelines in a CRM/ATS.
• Experience creating e-marketing campaigns (email, SMS).
• Proficient in Excel with data tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7-9 recruiters.
• Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day questions, escalations, and best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new recruiters on outreach methods, tools, and messaging.
• Help communicate goals and KPIs, and monitor team activity and performance.
• Provide feedback and input to the Recruiting Manager on team performance and development needs.
• Carry a recruiting workload, including high-volume outreach (cold calling, SMS, email campaigns).
• Execute and refine creative sourcing strategies for high-volume or gig workforces.
• Work with the sourcing team and Recruiting Manager to prioritize geography and coverage.
• Take ownership of high-priority or hard-to-fill markets.
• Create and maintain pipelines in the CRM/ATS, and track key metrics.
• Keep hiring managers and the Recruiting Manager updated on strategy, hires, and pipeline status.
• Use data to recommend improvements to messaging, campaigns, and process.
