ABC Legal Services is seeking a Process Server Recruiter to identify and engage active legal process servers and gig workers across the US. You will partner with the sourcing team to run high-volume outreach, explain the contractor model, and build a ready-to-activate pipeline nationwide.

Responsibilities include generating leads via calls, SMS, and email, maintaining candidate pools in our ATS/CRM, and reporting recruiting KPIs. Remote, full-time; CST hours.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment.
• Experience building pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, HubSpot, Metabase, or proprietary systems).
• Experience creating email and outreach campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data tools.
• Comfort with cold calling and SMS outreach.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Generate leads through high-volume outreach (cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns).
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to reach high-quality candidates nationwide.
• Screen candidates for reliability, qualifications, and role fit.
• Explain the independent contractor model and role expectations to candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools in our ATS/CRM.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs.
• Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires, and pipeline status.
