Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Project Executive to lead a national grocery and retail construction program portfolio. This role partners with senior client leadership and oversees planning, budgeting, and delivery across multi-site projects.

The position requires 15+ years in construction/program management, strong executive presence, and experience managing portfolios and contracts. Remote-based with 30–40% travel to client sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction, program management, or project leadership experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site retail, grocery, big-box, fuel/convenience, or similar construction programs.
• Experience managing project portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from planning through execution.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to establish program strategy, budgets, schedules, and priorities.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, contract administration, and risk management.
• Manage and develop project teams while driving accountability and execution excellence.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and expand client partnerships.
