Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide grocery store remodel programs.

The role focuses on refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, with remote engagement and periodic site visits. You will partner with project executives, coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain client communications to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• 7-10+ years experience in construction management within retail or grocery sectors.
• Expertise in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC preferred.
• Proven expertise in construction project management from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Proficiency in Procore and Smartsheets.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Executive or Operations Director with proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and client standards.
• Act as primary client contact, communicating updates and resolving issues.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors and third-party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
• Manage changes, documentation, and reporting per Sevan standards.
• Implement Sevan technology solutions to improve delivery.
• Conduct kickoff and lessons-learned reviews for continuous improvement.
• Represent Sevan in client meetings and maintain strong relationships.
