Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, a veteran-owned firm, seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide grocery/retail remodels. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client communications, traveling to sites as needed and coordinating contractors.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in construction management in retail, with expertise in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC. Procore and Smartsheets experience is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of construction management experience in retail or grocery sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong client communication and contractor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Executive or Operations Director with proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to meet deadlines, budget, and client standards.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
• Represent Sevan in client and project meetings and drive risk mitigation.
