Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to act as Owner’s Representative for nationwide grocery and supermarket programs. This role is remote with 50-70% travel, overseeing multiple locations and coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-site project management experience.
• Grocery or large-format retail construction preferred.
• Remodel store project experience is critical.
• Manage multiple projects within a program or rollout.
• Strong understanding of pre-construction to closeout processes.
• Experience with GCs, architects, engineers and other partners.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's Representative throughout full lifecycle.
• Manage multiple grocery/supermarket projects and locations.
• Lead projects through pre-construction, bidding, permitting, construction, turnover, closeout.
• Coordinate and oversee general contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors.
• Monitor schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, bids, and docs.
• Review bid results and provide client recommendations.
• Confirm permitting requirements and milestones.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and monitor progress and quality.
• Review and manage change orders, pay applications, invoicing, and costs.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions.
• Lead and participate in project and client meetings.
• Provide weekly project reporting and communication.
• Coordinate punch list, turnover, and final closeout.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Serve as trusted advisor and day-to-day resource for the client.
