Agri-Mark, Inc. is seeking a National Food Service Director to lead the company’s foodservice sales strategy across national, regional, and distributor accounts.

You will manage direct and broker-led sales activities to drive revenue, profit, market share, and customer growth while aligning with corporate strategies. Report to the Vice President of Sales and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national foodservice sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead relationships with foodservice distributors, operators, and chain accounts; negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Guide broker relationships and create collaborative account planning processes.
• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis to optimize revenue and margins.
• Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and Supply Chain to drive growth.
