Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation is seeking a National Field Finance professional in the U.S. to lead franchisee financial analyses, reviews and valuations, while supporting profitability analysis for the chain's restaurants.

The role requires seasoned finance experience and cross-functional collaboration across Franchising, Treasury, Legal, and Operations. The position offers bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to influence McDonald’s financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA and/or MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of meaningful public accounting and/or finance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze franchisee business reviews, restaurant valuations, restaurant sale transactions, and other ad-hoc requests.
• Support ongoing analysis of franchisee financial health and overall restaurant profitability.
• Advise on the financial components of the franchise new term process.
• Be the subject matter expert on all McDonald’s economic financial policies and procedures.
• Primary point of contact for assigned Field Office.
• Collaborate with other Departments (Franchising, Treasury, Legal, Restaurant Development, Operations, etc.).
• Potential to coach and train others across the National Field Finance team.
