McDonald’s Corporation is seeking a Field Operations Consultant to conduct objective restaurant evaluations and coach operations teams. The role involves ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety while developing deep expertise in restaurant systems.

You will travel to multiple locations, partner with Franchisees and restaurant managers, and contribute to improving guest experience and franchise performance. Salary ranges up to $97k with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conducts objective evaluations (e.g., Running Great Restaurants Visits, Food Safety Visits, Operations Excellence Assessments) to analyze restaurant performance across customer experience and Brand Standards.
• Protects the McDonald's brand by identifying issues affecting customer experience and perceptions.
• Supports operational excellence by identifying restaurants not meeting QSC and safety standards.
• Develops holistic restaurant operations knowledge through ongoing training and certification in area of expertise.
• Builds expertise in Restaurant Operations and provides coaching and root-cause analysis to Franchisees.
• Serves as SME to support restaurants on initiatives (Delivery, Drive-Thru, Digital).
• Uses expertise to drive guest counts, sales and cashflow via Performance Excellence Sessions.
