Responsibilities

• Conduct objective evaluations (e.g., Running Great Restaurants Visits, Food Safety Visits, Operations Excellence Assessments) to analyze restaurant performance across customer experience and Brand Standards.
• Identify issues that may pose risks to customer experience and brand perceptions to protect the McDonald’s brand.
• Support operational excellence by finding restaurants not meeting QSC and safety standards.
• Develop a holistic restaurant operations skill set through ongoing training and certification in assigned area of expertise.
• Provide expert coaching and root-cause analysis to Franchisees and support operational initiatives (Delivery, Drive-Thru, Digital).
• Collaborate with Franchise Business Partners to develop tools, monitor goals, and drive business results.
