Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a senior leader to drive national physician and clinic engagement for our fertility pharmacy business. You will own non-payer sales and business development, manage a multi-layer sales team, and build relationships with large provider networks across MSOs and fertility clinics.

Responsibilities include developing outreach strategies, guiding product/roadmap input from clinic needs, and ensuring processes meet internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or fertility/reproductive health sales and business development.
• Experience leading a multi-level sales team and field operations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with clinic groups or MSOs.
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations, including post-M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead national physician/clinic engagement strategy to drive referral volume and retention.
• Own non-payer sales and business development activities for fertility pharmacy.
• Manage and develop a multi-layered sales team across physician engagement, account executives, and support roles.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and pipeline management to meet growth targets.
• Build executive relationships with leaders of large clinic organizations and MSOs.
• Ensure systems and processes support internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Contribute to strategic goals for the sales and business development function.
