This role reports directly to the President of Fertility Pharmacy. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with leaders of large clinic organizations and multi-site clinic groups (MSOs), serving as the senior relationship owner for key legacy VFP accounts.

Develop and execute sales strategies and pipeline management to achieve sales growth targets across an assigned book of clinics/territories, in a market environment shaped by clinic consolidation and MSO growth.

Ensure systems and processes are in place to meet the needs of internal stakeholders (product, operations, pharmacy) and external clinic/provider clients.

Contribute to establish strategic goals for the sales and business development function as part of the Fertility leadership team, partnering closely with Operations (Managing Director) and Product Strategy (Director) peers.

Exercise significant independent judgment in the field, often making decisions with limited information that carry long-term impact on clinic relationships and territory performance.

Support succession and bench strength within the physician engagement team, including mentoring senior managers who may be positioned for future director-level roles.

Direct reports (per current org structure): Senior Manager(s), Physician Engagement (each with their own account executive team); Manager, Physician Support (overseeing physician support specialists); field/inside account executives.

Demonstrated success building and maintaining executive relationships with clinic groups, MSOs, or provider organizations in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.

Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations, ideally through M&A integration (e.g., combining legacy sales models/territories post-acquisition).

Working knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations, prior authorization workflows, and payer/provider dynamics in the fertility space is strongly preferred.

Willingness to travel to support clinic relationships, industry conferences, and multi-site team management.
