Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a senior leader to drive national physician and clinic engagement for our fertility pharmacy business. This role owns all non-payer sales and business development, managing a multi-layered team that includes account executives and physician support specialists across clinics and MSOs.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in fertility or healthcare sales, proven executive relationship-building with clinic groups, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Significant experience (5+ years) in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or fertility sales and business development, with strong preference towards fertility industry experience, including people leadership of a multi-level sales team.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining executive relationships with clinic groups, MSOs, or provider organizations in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations, ideally through M&A integration.
• Working knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations, prior authorization workflows, and payer/provider dynamics in the fertility space is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to support clinic relationships, industry conferences, and multi-site team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead national physician/clinic engagement strategy to drive referral volume and retention across fertility clinics, MSOs, and provider groups.
• Own all non-payer sales and business development activities for the fertility pharmacy business, including inside and outside sales and new client opportunities.
• Manage and develop a multi-layered team: senior managers, account executives, physician support specialists, and field leaders.
• Represent clinical and technology investments in clinic discussions, positioning capabilities to providers and executives.
• Promote adoption of patient engagement tools with clinics and ensure alignment with product roadmap.
