Cigna Healthcare seeks a senior leader to drive national physician and clinic engagement for the fertility pharmacy business. You will direct non-payer sales, business development, and a multi-layer sales team across clinics, MSOs, and provider networks.

Reporting to the Fertility Pharmacy President, you will shape strategy, cultivate executive relationships, and ensure pipeline growth while aligning with product, operations, and compliance partners. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty pharmacy or fertility sales with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with MSOs and multi-site clinic groups.
• Proven ability to develop executive relationships with clinic leaders.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations; M&A integration preferred.
• Willingness to travel to support clinic relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead national physician/clinic engagement strategy across fertility clinics and MSOs.
• Own all non-payer sales and business development activities.
• Manage and develop a multi-layered team of sales leaders and account executives.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with large clinic groups for growth.
• Develop sales strategies and pipeline management to achieve targets.
• Ensure processes align with product, operations, and compliance needs.
• Contribute to strategic goals for the Fertility leadership team.
