The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Leader for national physician and clinic engagement in fertility pharmacy. You will own non-payer sales, lead a multi-level sales team, and drive growth across clinics and MSOs, reporting to the Fertility Pharmacy President.

You will represent clinical investments in clinics, promote patient engagement tools, and shape the product roadmap with cross-functional partners. Occasional remote work and travel are expected.

Formación

• 5+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or fertility sales and business development with people leadership of multi-level teams.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining executive relationships with clinic groups, MSOs and provider organizations.
• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations, ideally through M&A integration and post-acquisition territory alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead national physician/clinic engagement strategy to drive referral volume and retention.
• Own non-payer sales and business development activities for fertility pharmacy, including inside and outside sales.
• Manage and develop a multi-layered team of sales leaders, physician support specialists, and field/account executives.
• Represent clinical and technology investments in clinic-facing conversations with providers and executives.
• Promote patient communication tools and engage clinics in their adoption.
• Gather clinician needs to inform product and service roadmap decisions.
• Develop executive-level relationships with large clinic organizations and MSOs as senior relationship owner.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and pipeline management to achieve growth in assigned clinics/territories.
• Ensure systems meet needs of internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Contribute to strategic goals for sales and business development within Fertility leadership.
