Summary:
The National Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities across LJA’s growing national office footprint. This role leads a team of five geographically aligned Regional Facilities Managers and partners closely with the Director of Real Estate and Facilities to develop and enforce consistent standards, ensure compliance, and support efficient operations across all locations.
The National Facilities Manager serves as the central point of accountability for all FreshService ticket management, national vendor oversight, facilities budgeting, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. This leader fosters a culture of service, responsiveness, and operational excellence throughout the facilities team.
