Job description

Are you known for your attention to detail and analytical skills? Are you passionate about delivering innovative support to supply chain customers? If so, we have an opportunity that allows you to execute valuable responsibilities and contribute to delivering superior supply chain services.

What are you going to do?
  1. Manage complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance, and invoicing, including report development and analytics. Perform calculations, analyses, and audits of financial and operational results, applying fundamental supply chain principles.
  2. Analyze operational or transportation details to identify potential improvements, savings, or efficiencies, including innovative solutions.
  3. Oversee data integrity by reviewing, classifying, auditing, and recording information within systems or files, requiring knowledge of supply chain principles.
  4. Ensure processes and operations comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking advice when necessary.
  5. Develop metrics and goals for programs, present information to customers or leaders, and prepare templates to ensure operations meet expectations.
  6. Review operational claims, failures, or damages, perform root cause analyses, and determine responsible parties, presenting findings to leaders or customers.
  7. Assist with reviewing and responding to customer requests, applying transportation principles, drafting responses, and providing professional support.
What are we looking for?
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Operations, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience. Master’s Degree preferred. Less than one year of related experience required.
  2. Credentials: Professional certification may be required in some areas.
  3. Skills: Ability to develop analytics, reports, and communications related to transportation and logistics. Familiarity with common systems and databases used in transportation and logistics management.
  4. Characteristics: Ability to identify areas for efficiency and operational effectiveness, and communicate potential concerns effectively.
