Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield seeks a Manager of National Operations to convert approved strategies into consistent execution across the U.S. portfolio.

You will own life-safety calendars, SOPs, asset data, and small capital projects from Century City, CA, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors for reliable results. The role requires 5+ years in multi-site facilities/real estate, strong regulatory knowledge, and advanced MS 365/CMMS skills to deliver executive dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities/engineering/real estate or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-site facilities/real estate or related experience.
• Proven experience managing compliance programs and cross-functional projects across locations.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, vertical transport, roofing).
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADA and fire/life-safety requirements.
• Strong project-control skills (scope, budget, schedule, risk, closeout).
• Ability to analyze operational/financial data and produce dashboards/reports.
• Ability to interpret contracts and technical documents.
• Advanced MS 365 skills and CMMS experience.
• Excellent communication, judgment and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Own national trackers and compliance calendars for life-safety and regulatory programs.
• Identify overdue or high-risk items and drive them to timely closure.
• Manage the national SOP library with updates and approvals.
• Coordinate small capital and operational project scopes, budgets, schedules, procurement and closeout.
• Maintain asset-health data and consultant reports for key systems.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and leadership-ready materials.
• Maintain vendor KPI dashboards, renewal trackers and corrective-action records.
• Validate performance data for reviews, renewals, rebids and sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate renewal milestones and vendor follow-up to reduce gaps and leakage.
• Support minor procurement within approved authority.
• Coordinate documentation for fire/life-safety, ADA and other regulatory programs.
• Partner with Risk/Legal/center teams on high-risk work controls and tracking.
• Maintain emergency restoration vendors and post-event action tracking.
• Provide continuity support during leadership vacancies.
• Oversee work-order reporting and dashboards, promote data quality in CMMS/BMS/EMS.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to create workflows, templates and controls.
• Support national training and onboarding programs.
• Travel to U.S. portfolio locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
