Northwest Center is seeking an Events & Activations Manager to lead a nationwide team delivering workplace experiences for Amazon operations. The role focuses on strategy, scalable programs, and building effective teams across multiple states while driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

You will own end-to-end program performance, manage budgets and headcount, and partner with stakeholders to set vision and drive improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or change management certification preferred.
• 6+ years of people management experience in a client-facing or operational environment.
• Experience managing a multi-layer team and program-level goals.
• Advanced MS Office skills for reports and dashboards.
• Experience in managed services or outsourced delivery with large enterprise clients.
• Experience in high-volume, public-facing environments.
• Experience standing up a new program or leading significant change.
• Experience contributing to strategic planning and execution in a corporate setting.
• Commitment to inclusivity and ability to work in a diverse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operation and overall performance of the assigned program or area.
• Ensure service levels, standards, and customer satisfaction targets are met or exceeded.
• Define and monitor day-to-day service levels and KPIs using reports and dashboards.
• Establish workflows, SLAs, and mechanisms for quality and accountability.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager/Director to support program vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise across operations.
• Manage budgeting, labor, and variance to plan for the area.
• Support forecasting, headcount planning, and business case development.
• Liaise with Amazon and vendors to maintain relationships and improvements.
• Deliver presentations and business reviews from frontline staff to senior leadership.
