Northwest Center is seeking an Events & Activations Manager to lead a nationwide team and oversee activation and events across multiple states. You will guide a multi‑layer team, set the vision for scalable programs, and partner with stakeholders to drive meaningful business outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategy development, people leadership, and delivery of exceptional workplace experiences through comprehensive events operations, with travel between Amazon sites and strong emphasis on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience leading multi-layer teams and managing program outcomes.
Strong ability to build and interpret reports and dashboards.
Experience in managed services or outsourced delivery to large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Own day‑to‑day operation and overall performance of the assigned program or functional area, including SLAs, operating standards, and customer satisfaction targets.
Engage and manage relationships between Northwest Center, Amazon, and vendor partners; deliver reviews to varied audiences.
Lead a high‑performing team through talent development, performance management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
Perform additional duties to support Northwest Center–Amazon operations.
