Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Customer Service Network Solutions in Seattle, WA. You will own the strategy for employee engagement, change management, and adoption of new tools across Network Solutions.

You will partner with HR Business Partners on organizational health and talent development, build scalable mechanisms, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for employee engagement and build the mechanisms that make Network Solutions effective.
• Lead change management efforts across the organization and navigate new processes and structures.
• Drive adoption of new tools and technologies, including AI, through programming and communication strategies.
• Build scalable mechanisms that strengthen organizational operations and onboarding.
• Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders on organizational health and talent development.
• Define and track metrics to measure program effectiveness and report on it.
