Job summary

Cengage Group seeks an Enrollment Manager to lead the Enrollment team, drive revenue and enrollment targets, and mentor a high-performing group of Enrollment Representatives. You will ensure a rigorous enrollment process, track performance, and collaborate with other departments to optimize cross-functional workflows.

The role requires strong leadership, 4+ years in consultative education sales, and a proven ability to develop efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of consultative sales experience required, preferably in education.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and/or management experience in an inside sales or similar environment.
• Computer savvy.
• Experienced problem-solver and dedicated troubleshooter, specializing in customer issues.
• Ability to work beyond conventional business hours to complete assignments as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment team to meet revenue and enrollment targets.
• Ensure enrollment process is measured, tracked, reported, and mentored.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and revenue.
• Hire, mentor, and lead Enrollment Representatives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to implement cross-functional processes.
• Develop relationships with external vendors as needed.
• Conduct staff performance assessments.
