Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering consulting.
• 5+ years of experience leading design teams.
• Experience working for an engineering consulting firm or EPCs, developers, or construction contractors in the renewable energy sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) credential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Energy Storage Electrical Team within the Renewables Division.
• Develop and deploy service strategies and enhance service offerings.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management for the Team.
• Align team objectives with market and division leadership goals.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and KPI monitoring.
