Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Renewables Project Manager to join its experienced team. The role focuses on civil engineering design and project management for energy storage and renewable projects, including client contact, marketing, and team growth.

8+ years of PM/engineering experience are preferred, with emphasis on profitability, scheduling, and QA/QC. The position involves leadership, proposal writing, and liaison with governmental agencies, with a view to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Professional licensure in a technical field or ability to obtain PMP certification.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee the technical aspects of various projects.
• Supervise engineers and technical staff assigned to the project.
• Develop work plans and budget projections and deploy resources.
• Prepare schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead business development activities and client relationships.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Represent clients and firm in meetings with governmental agencies.
• Write proposals and participate in interviews.
• Grow, mentor and train staff.
