Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in engineering consulting.
- 5+ years of experience leading design teams.
- Experience with engineering firms, EPCs, developers, or contractors in the renewable energy sector.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Team's technical, operational, legal, and financial matters.
- Develop and implement strategies for organization evolution aligned with goals.
- Lead staffing, resource allocation, and KPI monitoring across offices.
- Oversee hiring, promotions, and compensation with input from Engineering Managers.
- Cultivate a strong culture aligned with Westwood's values.
- Set standards and collaborate with Principal Engineers and Operations Leader to maintain quality.
