You will manage staffing, budgets, licenses, KPIs, and client relations, ensuring alignment with market objectives and delivering high‑quality, innovative projects. The role fosters a collaborative culture, cross‑office coordination, and ongoing improvement of standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering consulting
• 5+ years leading design teams
• Professional Engineer certification and ABET/EAC-accredited degree

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team, oversee staffing, budgets, and professional licenses.
• Develop and implement team strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Foster staff development and mentorship across multiple offices.
• Set standards, monitor quality, and track performance metrics.
• Support business development with technical leadership and client engagement.
