Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics activities on a national scale. This role supports underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic client decision-making.

The National Analytic Consultant collaborates with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights that improve client outcomes and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support pricing and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
