This remote role collaborates with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that optimize client outcomes and operational excellence.

This position requires 5–7 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting, funding arrangements, and healthcare pricing tools.
• Experience in data-driven financial analysis and client advisory.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics activities for IOA Benefits Group on a national scale.
• Support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks and trends.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports and dashboards communicating complex information clearly.
