Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead data analytics for underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, and client decision support on a national scale.

You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data-driven insights, build dashboards, and support pricing, funding analyses, and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication and consultative solution-development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Data analytics: gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data.
• Underwriting support: develop recommendations to assist pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Client consulting: deliver insights on risks, trends, and program performance.
• Sales support: provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, and business development.
• Reporting: create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating complex data clearly.
• Process improvement: enhance analytics methodologies and reporting standards.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to company policies and analytics procedures.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with seniors, producers, and internal teams to support objectives.
• Communication: maintain clear reporting of findings and recommendations.
