Job summary

Terracon Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Program Manager to lead our national EHP compliance portfolio for broadband and telecommunications clients. You will oversee projects nationwide and mentor staff across offices.

The role requires a strong NEPA background, knowledge of BEAD/NTIA/FCC guidance, and the ability to develop program materials, proposals, and training while growing the practice area and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, biological, or historic preservation-related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in EHP compliance or related field.
• Ability to develop program guidance, training materials, and SOPs.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead national EHP program for broadband and telecom clients.
• Develop program materials and guidance for NEPA compliance.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with local offices.
• Grow and manage the EHP practice area and client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and reports.
• Support marketing and training initiatives for NEPA programs.
• Ensure deliverables meet Terracon standards.
