Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced Senior EHP Program Manager to lead our nationwide EHP compliance portfolio for broadband and telecommunications clients and oversee local efforts within our NSOG team.

You will develop program materials, provide leadership and guidance on projects, mentor staff, review deliverables for quality, and grow the EHP practice by building client relationships and pursuing new proposals and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, biological, or historic preservation-related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the field.
• Ability to develop program guidance, training, templates, and SOPs.
• Demonstrated high level of technical writing ability.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work and possess a positive attitude.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead national EHP/NEPA compliance program and coordinate with NSOG teams.
• Review deliverables for quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Develop training, guidance, and templates for NEPA compliance programs.
• Mentor and direct staff within local offices and the national team.
• Develop client relationships and prepare proposals, cost estimates, and reports.
• Support local and regional marketing strategies and safety initiatives.
• Identify and implement practical solutions to ensure NEPA compliance.
