Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Senior Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Program Manager to lead our NSOG EHP compliance portfolio for broadband and telecommunications clients. The role involves national program leadership, regional/local implementation, and development of compliant program materials.

The candidate will guide staff, build client relationships, prepare proposals and reports, and ensure NEPA and related regulations are followed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental, biological, or historic preservation-related discipline.
Minimum 15 years’ experience, which may include advanced study and research in field.
Ability to develop program guidance, training, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Demonstrated high level of technical writing ability.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work and possess a positive attitude.
A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead the national EHP compliance program for broadband and telecommunications clients.
Develop program materials and provide leadership on projects.
Grow and manage the practice area and develop client relationships.
Train and mentor staff in local offices and on the national team.
Develop proposals, cost estimates, and reports in response to client requests.
Review deliverables for quality following company standards and policies; support EHP compliance marketing.
Coordinate with BEAD, NTIA, FCC NEPA guidance to ensure compliance across programs.
