Spectrum Brands, Inc. seeks an experienced Associate National Account Manager to grow our digital business with national Omni-channel retailers. You will build roadmaps across retailers and social platforms, engaging internal partners to drive cohesive initiatives.

You will own ecommerce strategies, work across teams to integrate consumer insights, and lead strategic projects to expand market share in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management or Vendor Management.
• BS/BA degree or relevant classroom experience in ecommerce, brand management, financial analysis, retail buying and/or planning, product/project management, or marketing.
• Experience with digital media and seller platforms is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual net sales and profit strategy for assigned accounts.
• Own the ecommerce and omni-channel strategies focusing on long-term growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and retailer partners.
• Drive internal support and partnerships to develop retailer-centric capabilities.
• Make and champion recommendations to align media/advertising with objectives.
• Communicate retail partner business results weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Attend customer meetings and trade conferences as appropriate.
• Coordinate activities with Field Sales Managers and senior management.
• Integrate consumer and retailer insights with brand/marketing teams.
