Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred.
• Minimum ten years underwriting experience with proven results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with senior management on the most complex underwriting risks.
• Develop specialized endorsement language for complex risks.
• Determine pricing of the most complex risks for assigned book based on financial and market analysis.
• Contribute to underwriting policy, marketing and business strategy.
• Maintain agency/broker relationships with the largest key customers.
