Zusammenfassung

DriveTime is seeking a Director, Remarketing to own end-to-end strategic direction, execution, and improvements of all vehicle remarketing operations. You will maximize retention values and lead a national field organization through data-driven strategies, strong auction partnerships, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced wholesale market.

You will partner with Analytics and Finance to design governance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that reveal market trends and pricing opportunities,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred - or equivalent industry experience.
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in loss mitigation; including vehicle remarketing and auction leadership.
• Willingness to support field operations and partner relationships.
• Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and exceptional time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Travel to various vendors and conferences required.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of National Auction Managers and a geographically dispersed team of remarketing professionals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
• Own the national remarketing strategy, including vehicle disposition, auction channel optimization, and lifecycle decision-making to maximize vehicle values and accelerate cycle times.
• Partner with Analytics and Finance to design, interpret, and govern robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that identify wholesale market trends, pricing dynamics, and performance opportunities.
• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies with auction and industry partners to enhance vehicle value and strengthen brand presence in wholesale markets.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and leading cross-functional process improvements through data-backed decision-making.
• Act as the senior communicator and spokesperson for Remarketing initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders.
