Job summary

Vincere in the United States is seeking a Director of Remarketing to lead and scale the monetization strategy for IT assets across end-user devices and data center infrastructure.

This role focuses on automation, multi-channel sales, and maximizing recovery value, building a modern remarketing function with AI-driven pricing and scalable workflows. You will lead a high-performing team and partner with operations to speed-to-market.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ITAD, IT hardware remarketing, or technology lifecycle services.
• Knowledge of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobility) and data center equipment (servers, storage, networking).
• Proven success building channels and managing buyers at scale.
• Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, and/or auction platforms.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
