Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Remarketing Coordinator in Mesa, AZ to work with field remarketers and auction officials to liquidate and maximize vehicle returns. You will track vehicles through the auction, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate documentation across internal systems.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications accepted.
• 2+ years in financial services/claims/aftermarket products preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Track vehicles through auction process and document status in internal systems.
• Maintain auction inventory by reviewing reports and coordinating with transport and sales teams.
• Ensure vehicles are properly staged, accounted for, and moved through the auction process.
• Coordinate with internal departments on titles, regulatory letters, and ancillary products.
• Review invoices for accuracy and follow up on outstanding payments with finance teams.
