CIMCO is seeking a Director of Service Operations to oversee the U.S. service business across four regions, including Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Southwest.

This on‑site leadership role focuses on service delivery, contracts, warranty, parts, and customer account management across multiple states. You will build the operational structure, processes, and accountability mechanisms to support a rapidly expanding national service organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in industrial refrigeration, heavy mechanical service, HVAC, or related field.
• Experience leading large field service organizations (50+ technicians) across multiple states or regions.
• Demonstrated financial accountability, margin management, forecasting, and cost control in a service business.
• Track record of growing service contracts, CSAs, preventive maintenance, or recurring revenue.
• Experience creating operational processes and accountability structures from the ground up.

Responsabilités

• Direct US service delivery across four regions with multi-branch oversight.
• Own the full-service contract portfolio, driving growth, renewal, and market penetration.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch managers through structured performance management.
• Maximize technician billable hours, deployment efficiency, and regional capacity planning.
• Oversee parts management, warranty spend, commissioning, and customer accounts.
• Build and manage fixed-price service revenue pipeline across regions.
• Partner with apprenticeship and training programs to strengthen technician skills.
• Lead financial performance, margins, forecasting, and cost discipline with finance.
• Identify and open new service locations as the US territory expands.
• Design operational processes and accountability structures for the national service org.
