Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and uphold high customer service standards. This role may report to senior leadership and typically involves 2+ direct reports with multiple indirect reports.

You will train and coach Service Managers and Technicians, build strong customer relationships, and ensure branches have the tools, training, and safety compliance needed. Travel is frequent across service areas.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize work independently with limited supervision.
• Must pass background check and drug screen; valid Driver’s License.
• Able to travel up to 40% with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive strategic initiatives.
• Train and coach service managers and technicians for efficiency and quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure branch locations have tools, training, and safety compliance.
• Lead performance evaluations and manage staffing decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, report progress, and implement improvements.
